Words from our employers

Having Pat join our team here at Market Cross Shopping centre has been a pure joy. He is meticulous at his job which is a very important one as most of the files here are confidential and Pat ensures we are complying to our GDPR mandatory via shredding. But, on a more personal level – the whole team rally to support Pat by fetching small things that enable him to carry out his duties – it's very warming to see this and also Pat feels comfortable with the team too. Mondays are brighter with Pat part of our team and we look forward to developing with him. Lesley Cleere, Manager Market Cross Shopping Centre
We have been working with SOS Kilkenny and James for 2 years now and during that time I have found SOS Kilkenny to be a fantastic organisation to work with and James has become valued member of the team here in TJ Reid Health & Fitness. We look forward to seeing him come through the doors each Thursday and he has built up a fantastic relationship with our members and clients over the last few years. We will continue our partnership with SOS Kilkenny long into the future and we look forward to working with James each and every week. Daniel McDaid, General Manager TJ Reid Health & Fitness
Customers and crew love having Adam and Conor on board our team. They take pride in their jobs and love it here. They feel a sense of belonging and purpose and we have seen them grow in confidence since starting here. It also gives us a sense of pride seeing their development and knowing they are learning skills they can use in other aspects of their lives also. McDonalds
... is dedicated and diligent in his work, conscientious and thorough in his attitude and he delivers brilliant results for the team. We have developed an excellent relationship and our team has gained invaluable experience in communicating more effectively, coaching and mentoring and enhancing our people management skills. (He) has a great ability to lift our mood and give us a boost when we need it - a skill which is extremely valued - and we are privileged to have him on our team Bank of Ireland
Tommy joins us every Tuesday in Ballyfoyle with the help from SOS Kilkenny where he has become an integral part of our fabrication crew. He arrives with a smile and leaves with an even bigger smile. Tommy undertakes his roll with great commitment, enthusiasm and responsibility leaving nothing to chance. He questions and listens, giving great comfort to his co-workers of whom all have grown to trust and rely on Tommy’s new learnt skills and abilities. Our Tuesdays would not be the same without Tommy as he has become a huge part of our work life here in Ballyfoyle. Having Tommy join our workforce has been a great decision and one I would suggest and recommend to all. We all really look forward to Tommy’s Tuesdays now. Martin Stapleton CDS Metalwork
